Аннотация

Введение. В настоящее время поиск технологий, способных увеличить сохранность, продуктивность, иммунитет поголовья и воспрепятствовать развитию резистентности микробиоты к антибиотикам, является приоритетным в свиноводстве. Основными современными средствами профилактики являются антибиотики, которые, вызывая гибель нормофлоры и развитие дисбиозов, способствуют распространению резистентности, в связи с чем представляют угрозу для здоровья человека. Для решения обозначенной проблемы широкую перспективу имеют подкислители, воздействующие на микробиоту кишечника, метаболизм и продуктивные качества животных.
Цель. Изучить влияние подкислителей на микробиоту кишечника и зоотехнические показатели при выращивании свиней на откорме.
Материалы и методы. Объектом исследований служили свиньи на откорме, в рацион которых в возрасте 78 суток вводили подкислители. Эксперимент проводили на базе комплекса АО «Свинокомплекс «Приозерный» (Ленинградская область, Россия). Для проведения эксперимента формировали 3 группы животных-аналогов: контрольная группа с применением стандартного рациона, опытная группа 1 с применением нового подкислителя МетаБак, опытная группа 2 с применением подкислителя Продактив Ацид SE. Эксперимент длился в течение трех недель, после чего проводили отбор содержимого кишечника животных для исследования микробиоты кишечника с применением метода NGS-секвенирования. По окончании периода откорма оценивали зоотехнические показатели, включая живую массу, сохранность и конверсию корма.
Результаты. Установлено позитивное влияние применения обоих подкислителей на исследуемые показатели. Наилучшие результаты по сохранности и приросту живой массы достигнуты при использовании в рационах подкислителя нового МетаБак: показатель среднесуточного прироста составил 953 г (+4,27 %), сохранность - 99,07 %. Применение обоих препаратов способствовало нормализации микробиоты кишечника - повышению содержания микроорганизмов, связанных с метаболическими свойствами. Наименьшее содержание условно-патогенных и нежелательных бактерий выявлено в результате использования нового подкислителя МетаБак, на фоне которого происходило снижение количества микроорганизмов семейств Burkholderiales в 2,25, Campylobacterales в 1,4 раза, Mycoplasma – до полного вытеснения из микробного сообщества кишечника.
Заключение. На основании результатов эксперимента можно заключить, что исследуемые подкислители в рационах свиней на откорме нормализуют микробиоту кишечника и улучшают зоотехнические показатели выращивания.
