Анализ полиморфизма гена гормона роста (L127v) у бычков калмыцкой породы

Введение. Изучение полиморфизма гена гормона роста (GH) у калмыцких бычков актуально для понимания генетических основ их мясной продуктивности, однако влияние молчащих мутаций на функциональные характеристики породы остается малоисследованным.
Цель. Проанализировать полиморфизм L127V гена GH и его возможную связь с продуктивными качествами животных.
Материалы и методы. В работе использованы образцы ДНК чистопородных калмыцких бычков (n = 21). Проведено секвенирование ключевых участков гена GH у 21 бычка с последующим генотипированием и анализом связи полиморфизма L127V с динамикой привесов. Использованы методы капиллярного электрофореза, ПЦР и статистический анализ.
Результаты. Выявлено доминирование аллеля L (88,1%) над V (11,9%) при распределении генотипов LL (76,2%) и LV (23,8%), соответствующем равновесию Харди-Вайнберга (χ² = 0,376). Гетерозиготы LV демонстрировали достоверно более высокие показатели абсолютного (52,4±4,4 кг vs 38,5±8,9 кг; p = 0,008) и среднесуточного привеса (1,68±0,13 vs 1,32±0,30 г/сут; p = 0,012) по сравнению с LL, а также меньшую вариабельность признака (CV = 8,4% vs 23,1%).
Выводы. Полиморфизм L127V гена GH является перспективным маркером для селекции калмыцких бычков на мясную продуктивность, при этом гетерозиготный генотип LV ассоциирован с устойчиво высокими привесами. Результаты важны для разработки ДНК-маркеров селекции калмыцкого скота с целью улучшения мясной продуктивности в условиях экстенсивного животноводства.
