Фракционный состав соединений меди (Cu), хрома (Cr) и свинца (Pb) в лекарственных растениях Ростовской и Новосибирской областей

Введение. В России около 40% используемых фитопрепаратов изготавливаются из дикорастущего растительного сырья, поэтому необходимость учёта его экологического состояния остаётся актуальной. В то же время фракционный состав меди (Cu), хрома (Cr) и свинца (Pb) в лекарственных растениях на импактных территориях изучен недостаточно, что ограничивает оценку их безопасности при получении фитопрепаратов.
Цель. Оценить фракционный состав соединений Cu, Cr и Pb в дикорастущих лекарственных растениях Ростовской и Новосибирской областей и выявить влияние региональных и антропогенных факторов на распределение этих элементов.
Материалы и методы. Объектами исследования были виды семейства Asteraceae, Plantaginaceae, Papaveraceae и Urticaceae. Фракционный состав элементов в растительных образцах определяли по авторской методике Сиромля.
Результаты. Для Cr и Cu преобладающей оказалась водная фракция (ФI) по сравнению с водно‑спиртовой (ФII), тогда как для Pb ситуация обратная – большая доля приходилась на ФII. Во всех исследованных видах доминировала солянокислая фракция (ФIII). Наибольшая подвижность отмечена у Cu, наименьшая – у Cr. Существенный рост содержания металлов отмечен преимущественно в двух первых фракциях, соответствующих методикам получения фитопрепаратов.
Заключение. Распределение металлов в растениях определяется как химическими свойствами самих элементов, так и биологическими особенностями видов. Полученные данные могут быть использованы при пересмотре и уточнении нормативов Государственной фармакопеи. Перспективным направлением дальнейших исследований является расширение географии мониторинга и перечня анализируемых элементов.
