Перспектива применения флавоноидов как средства для решения проблемы антибиотикорезистентности в ветеринарии (обзор предметного поля)

Аннотация

Введение. Производство животноводческой продукции неразрывно связано с применением различных антимикробных препаратов. Однако при неточной схеме лечения или проведении неверных профилактических мероприятий у патогенных микроорганизмов, вызывающих нозологический процесс, развивается снижение чувствительности к антибиотикам. На протяжении последних десятилетий активно и повсеместно регистрируется явление антибиотикорезистентности, что является значимой проблемой в клинической и ветеринарной медицине и требует рассмотрения различных подходов её решения.
Цель. Охарактеризовать возможность применения флавоноидов в качестве средства для решения проблемы антибиотикорезистентности в животноводстве.
Материалы и методы. Данный обзор охватывает материал научных работ на русском и английском языках из баз данных: PubMed, Springer, ResearchGate, Science Direct, Frontiers, Elibrary. Критерии для включения научной работы в обзор: работа содержит информацию о антибактериальных свойствах флавоноидов, или механизмах действия антибиотиков, или механизмах антибиотикорезистентности, и имеет полнотекстовую версию в открытом доступе.
Результаты. В данном обзоре проведен анализ 52 научных источников. Определены и описаны антибактериальные свойства разных групп флавоноидов, а также проведено сравнение с известными на данный момент механизмами действия антибиотиков. Рассмотрены процессы формирования антибиотикорезистентности.
Заключение. На основании проведенного анализа можно отметить значимый потенциал флавоноидов как средств, проявляющих бактерицидные и бактериостатические свойства. При этом у некоторых флавоноидов механизмы антибактериального действия отличаются от механизмов действия известных антибиотиков. Можно предположить, что флавоноиды являются перспективным направлением для решения проблемы антибиотикорезистентности.
