Значение контрактного опыления в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности и устойчивости агроэкосистем юга России

Введение. Опылительная деятельность пчел является важным фактором в обеспечении продовольственной безопасности и устойчивости агроэкосистем. В последние тридцать лет в России фиксируется отрицательная динамика численности пчелосемей и их дефицит для опыления. Актуальной является необходимость разработки организационно-экономического механизма проведения эффективного пчелоопыления.
Цель исследования. Научное обоснование и разработка организационно-технологических решений по развитию контрактного пчелоопыления энтомофильных сельскохозяйственных культур в зоне индустриального агроценоза.
Материалы и методы. С помощью монографического и статистического методов проанализирован массив публикаций, а также динамика посевных площадей и численности пчелиных семей. Посредством сравнительно-географического метода обобщены региональные особенности размещения пасек и практика контрактного опыления в субъектах Южного Федерального Округа и Северо-Кавказского Федерального Округа. Экономико-статистический метод использован для оценки экономической эффективности контрактного опыления. Системный анализ применен для выявления факторов, влияющих на полноту опыления, и определения путей повышения эффективности контрактного опыления.
Результаты. Дано комплексное обоснование перехода от сложившейся практики спонтанного опыления к институционализированной модели контрактного сервиса. Выявлены системные барьеры развития контрактного опыления и предложены механизмы их устранения. Разработаны принципы интеграции мобильных павильонных комплексов и цифровых платформ в систему управления опылительным процессом; определены параметры масштабирования контрактной модели на макрорегиональном уровне.
Заключение. Предложенная модель контрактного опыления апробирована в шести регионах юга России. Разработанные подходы позволяют восполнить дефицит опылителей, обеспечить дополнительный сбор продукции и повысить устойчивость агроэкосистем макрорегиона. В рамках развития контрактного опыления необходимо создать региональные цифровые платформы, наладить производство мобильных пчелокомплексов для сокращения трудозатрат и включить пчелоопыление в систему государственной поддержки АПК.
