Ресурсный потенциал дикорастущих популяций ежи сборной (Dactylis glomerata L.) в Южном и Северо-Кавказском федеральных округах России: результаты экспедиционных обследований

Введение. Успех селекционной работы с ежой сборной во многом определяется подбором и использованием ценного исходного материала, которым являются дикорастущие формы местного происхождения. Биологическое разнообразие природных дикорастущих популяций позволяет выделить для селекции генетические источники устойчивости к абиотическим факторам среды, интенсивности отрастания, продуктивного долголетия.
Цель. Изучить распространение природных популяций ежи сборной в Южном и Северо-Кавказском федеральных округах России и отобрать перспективные для использования в селекционной работе дикорастущие формы.
Материал и методы. Работу выполняли в 2024 - 2025 гг. в рамках проведения 17 выездов в 15 муниципальных районов Ставропольского и Краснодарского краев, Республик Калмыкия, Адыгея и Карачаево-Черкесия в соответствии с методическими указаниями по проведению экспедиционных обследований Всероссийского института генетических ресурсов растений им. Н. И. Вавилова.
Результаты. Исследования выявили значительное морфологическое и биологическое разнообразие дикорастущих популяций ежи сборной, включая высокорослые (до 175 см), устойчивые к полеганию, и низкорослые (до 40 см) формы, имеющие только вегетативные побеги. Особый интерес представляют адаптивные свойства различных экотипов - от засухоустойчивых популяций Калмыкии до влаголюбивых форм Краснодарского края и Адыгеи, демонстрирующих высокий потенциал для использования в селекции.
Заключение. Организация и проведение экспедиционных обследований позволили пополнить коллекционный фонд генетических ресурсов ежи сборной дикорастущими формами, которые по результатам интродукционного изучения и оценки в коллекционном питомнике будут использованы в селекционной работе Северо-Кавказского федерального научного аграрного центра.
